ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Roc/A3/5882/2014 dated 08.11.2014 of respondent No.4, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization pending enquiry.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has a remedy of appeal to respondent No.3 against the impugned order, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage.
The petitioner is accordingly relegated to the remedy of appeal. Subject to this liberty given to the petitioner and without dealing with the legality or otherwise of the impugned order passed by respondent No.4, the writ petition is dismissed.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.45220 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
