THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks for a direction to 1st respondent to consider the report of the 6th respondent dated 31.05.1995 at Annexure-E and grant No Objections to the Housing Board i.e., 2nd respondent for allotment and sale of the LIG house situated at Malavalli.
2. On perusal of the records, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that the competent authority shall consider and decide the Report of 6th respondent dated 31.05.1995 at Annexure-E, if not already decided, in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
