The only prayer made in the original petition is for expeditious disposal of O.A No.129/2010 filed before the Debt Recovery Tribunal at Ernakulam. In the circumstance of the confined relief sought for and especially in the circumstance of respondent having not appeared despite service of notice, it is deemed fit that the petitioner be directed to file an application for expeditious disposal in O.A NO.129/2010 and the Tribunal shall, considering the work of the Tribunal and the pendency thereon, take up the matter and conclude the same, at any rate within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
