The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by Ext.P3 notice issued by the Special Tahsildar, Munnar alleging that petitioner is in illegal occupation of the land near boat landing point at Mattupetty Dam. The petitioner submits that he has applied for assignment and awaiting the out come of such assignment. Ext.P3 is the notice. If the petitioner has any objection, he can raise his objection before the Special Tahsildar, Munnar pursuant to Ext.P3. The petitioner shall raise objection, within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment. The Special Tahsildar shall ensure that the Land Conservancy Act is scrupulously followed in the matter of evicting the petitioner and to pass orders based on the objection within a further period of two weeks, after hearing the petitioner.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
