2. In this petition, the petitioner interalia seeks writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to make payment of Freedom Fighters Pension to the petitioner for the period from 28.06.2011 till 1.08.2012.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that as per his instructions, the amount due and payable to the petitioner for the aforesaid period has been paid.
4. Aforesaid submission is taken on record.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
