Respondent no.2 is served but unrepresented ) ***** These Writ Petitions filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent bank to forthwith pay the monthly pension to the petitioners’ strictly in accordance with the Regulation 29(5) of the SBM Employees’ (pension) regulation 1995 vide Annexure-B, at the rate which is on par with the rate of pension payable to the other officers of the respondent bank who retire under any other normal voluntary retirement scheme; And to pay interest on the arrears of the pension form the date of retirement to the date of payment.
