In view of the restructuring of the two loans and upgrading of another loan, the default and recovery which are the subject matter of the above Writ Petitions, the learned counsel for the respondent Bank seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, without prejudice to the Bank's right to proceed against the respondents on any further default, in accordance with the original terms of the agreement or the modified terms which are entered into between the parties. The Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn without prejudice.
