This appeal arises out of Judgment and decree dated 30-8-2013 in O.S.No.971 of 2010 on the file of the learned Additional Judge-cum-VI Senior Civil Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad.
At the hearing, Sri G.K. Deshpande, learned Counsel for the appellant, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the appeal, interim order dated 29-11-2013 is vacated and CCCA.MP.No.587 of 2013 is disposed of as infructuous.
