The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vijay Yadav @ Vijay Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in S.T. No. 274 of 2016 arising out of Case Crime No. 581 of 2016, under Sections- 147, 148, 302 IPC, Police Station- Line Bazar, District- Jaunpur, during pendency of trial.
This anticipatory bail application is barred by Section 438 (6) Cr.P.C. and hence, no anticipatory bail can be granted to the applicants.
Thus, this application is accordingly, dismissed.
