JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the marriage of his brother.
Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, the learned APP, based on the report received by him from Valia Police Station, states that the ground is verified and the marriage is fixed.
Under these circumstances, the ground is genuine. The jail report shows that earlier, whenever he was released, he had surrendered in time.
Under these circumstances, the applicant - convict be released on temporary bail for a period of one week i.e. from 24.1.2012 to 30.1.2012 on condition of furnishing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- with a surety of like amount with the further direction that the applicant - convict shall surrender before the concerned jail authority on 31.1.2012.
The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
