Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 474 of 2017, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 323, 308, 304, 506, 325 IPC, P.S. Maharajganj, District- Jaunpur. seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
It is born out from the record that there were as many as 10 named persons in the FIR. Vijay is the main assailant who has gone a fawda blow upon the deceased Ram Harakh. The postmortem report of the Ram Harakh reveals that the there is lacerated injury on the bone deep on the mid side of the head, brain matter ceasing from open area. There is the recovery of Fawda from the pointing out of the applicant. There are five injured persons who has taken the name of the applicant.
Under the circumstances, I do not find any good reason to grant indulgence to the applicant. Thus, the bail application stands rejected.
It is expected from the learned trial Judge to gear up the trial and try to conclude the same by 31.12.2018, if possible. It is directed that the applicant would render all necessary co-operation in early conclusion of the trial.
Let a copy of this order may be served by the office to the court concern within 15 days from the production of certified copy of this order.
