The writ petition has been filed for issuing mandamus directing Nagar Ayukta, respondent-2 to issue appointment / joining letter to the petitioner.
It has been stated that vacancy of Safai Karmchari has been notified and selection has been made in the year 2006 but appointment letter has not been issued. In pursuance of the order of this Court, some appointment letters have been issued in the year 2016 but the petitioner has not been appointed. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending before Nagar Ayukta, respondent-2.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to Nagar Ayukta, respondent-2 to pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned.
