Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
By means of the present applications, the applicants have challenged the proceedings of SST No.39 of 2018 arising out of case crime no. 956 of 2017 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and Sections 3(2)(v) and 3(1)(D) SC/ST Act, P.S. Kotwali Karvi, District Chitrakoot.
In view of the above the application is dismissed with liberty to avail the proper remedy by filing an Appeal under Section 14A of SC/ST Act.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order on supplying the photocopy of the same within two weeks.
