Learned counsel for the applicants states that in view of the Full Bench Decision in the case of Criminal Writ-Public Interest Litigation No.8 of 2018, In Re: Provision of Section 14a of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 decided on 10.10.2018 this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicants to file an appeal under section 14 A of the SC /ST Act.
This application is accordingly dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
