O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Smt. M.C. Nagashree, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 has filed a memo stating that the petitioner herein has challenged some conditions in the tender notification. Pursuant to the tender notification, the process has already been completed and awarded the tender to the successful bidder. Hence, the present writ petition does not survive for consideration.
Memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
