Mr.Shalin Mehta, learned counsel appearing with Ms.Vidhi Bhatt for Mr.Maulin Pandya, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authorities.

Hence, the petition stands disposed of as not pressed.

It is however, made clear that, this Court has not examined the matter on merits. The concerned authorities shall consider the proceedings, if any initiated before it, on its own merits without being influenced by this order.
