Learned counsel for the petitioner has requested for some time to place on record a copy of application said to have been given during the proceedings of departmental inquiry whereby the request to examine different witnesses was made. It is stated that the said application was rejected and thereby the principle of natural justice has been violated during the inquiry proceedings. However, a copy of the said application is not on record. Therefore, petitioner has requested for time. S.O. to 12th June 2012.
