(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) Respondent No.1 Majidbhai M.Suraiya and respondent No.3 Ms.Rukshar (Priyanka) Majidbhai Suraiya - the corpus are before us.
Undisputedly, the corpus has attained majority. We have talked to her and we find that the corpus is not willing to go and stay with the petitioner. She also states that there is no compulsion on her to stay with the parents and is staying with them of her own volition. The corpus also states that she has never been confined against her wish by her parents.
In light of this statement made by corpus, this petition cannot be entertained and stands dismissed. Notice is discharged.
