JUDGMENT / ORDER

In compliance of the Court's order, District Inspector of Schools is present. However, he has also informed that the order has been substantially complied with. The current salary has been given to the petitioner. For rest of the amount, the salary bill has been sent by the Committee of Management only on 14.10.2011. The same has also been sent for allocation of budget on 17.10.2011 to the Director of Secondary Education.
Let counter- affidavit be filed to bring all these facts on record. Rejoinder- affidavit may be filed within a week thereafter. List thereafter.
Officer need not appear unless called for.
