Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gorakhpur to decide Matrimonial Case No. 476 of 2016 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it appears that the last date fixed in the proceeding was 29.03.2018 for recording of evidence.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage.
It is expected that the court concerned, in absence of any legal impediment, shall proceed with the matter, in accordance with law, keeping in mind the provisions of 21-B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
