Heard Shri Sujit Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the respondent no. 1 and Shri Rohit Ranjan Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents no. 2 and 3.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to release his retiral dues, namely, provident fund 10%, gratuity, leave encashment, bonus, arrears of salary according to VI Pay Commission alongwith interest.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner prefers a fresh representation within fifteen days from today alongwith certified copy of this order before the respondent no. 3-Secretary and Chief Executive Officer, Etawah District Cooperative Bank Ltd. Etawah raising all his grievances as raised in the present writ petition, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent no. 3 in accordance with law within a period of three months and if it is found that the payment is due to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within the same period of time.
