JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr. Prince Lenin, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Abhinav N. Trivedi, learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioners, in the instant writ petition, challenge the advertisement dated 16/25.11.2015 and the selection procedure contending that the posts are being filled up without implementing the reservation policy.
We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition for a simple reason that the petitioners have neither participated in the selection process nor have they stated how they are aggrieved by the impugned advertisement.
In the circumstances, the petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
