Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2021.
This is an application for correction in the order dated 2.9.2021.
Learned counsel applicant submits that due to inadvertence year "2020" has wrongly been transcribed as "2018" in the 4th line of paragraph 3.
In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed. The order dated 2.9.2021 is corrected and year "2018" be deleted and replaced by "2020" in the 4th line of paragraph 3.
This order in the correction application shall form part of the order dated 2.9.2021.
The application is, accordingly, disposed of.
