Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Birendra Pratap Singh learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel representing the contesting respondents states that subject to verification of all facts, the claim of the petitioner for being paid minimum in the pay scale shall be duly evaluated bearing in mind the judgment of the Supreme Court in Sabha Shanker Dube Vs. Divisional Forest Officer and Others [Civil Appeal No. 10956 of 2018] with expedition. Insofar as the issue of regularisation is concerned, it was submitted that the aforesaid claim shall be duly considered taking into account the extent of service rendered and the provisions made in the 2016 Regularisation Rules.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
