Ref:- Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2018 This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 4.9.2017 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer of the application by substituting the word "S.T. No. 711 of 2003" in place of word "S.T. No. 711 of 2007".
Correction application is allowed.
In the third line of second paragraph and in the second line of last paragraph of order dated 4.9.2017 the word "S.T. No. 711 of 2007" be write off and substituted as "S.T. No. 711 of 2003".
