The first bail application of the applicant (Bail No. 9805 of 2020) was rejected as not pressed by this court vide its order dated dated 26-11-2020 and the Second Bail Application (Bail No. 10676 of 2020) was dismissed for non-prosecution by this court vide its order dated 08-02-201.
