Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner, an Assistant Clerk, by the impugned order dated 16 January 2019, passed by the second respondent-Director, Bal Vikas Sewa Evam Pustahar, Lucknow, was placed under suspension.
On specific query, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that charge sheet dated 21 January 2016 has already been served upon the petitioner and petitioner has submitted a detailed reply.
In view thereof, this Court declines to interfere with the suspension order. The Disciplinary Authority/Enquiry Officer to complete the enquiry, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order alongwith copy of the writ petition, provided the petitioner co-operates and there is no administrative impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Petitioner may file an appropriate application with regard to his attachment at some nearby place.
