Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vivek Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
In pith and substance, the petitioner is asking this Court to direct the second respondent to take a final call on the complaint so filed by the petitioner against the fourth respondent dated 04.06.2018.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case any such complaint is still pending consideration, the same would be considered by the Authority concerned at the earliest.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
Consequently, the writ petition, on consent, is disposed of with the direction to the District Magistrate, Banda to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order on the said complaint within a period of six weeks but certainly after providing ample opportunity of hearing to the fourth respondent.
