Sri Ajit Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 states that he has received instruction that since the petitioner was absent in the Examination of UGPS-01 Introduction of Political Theory and Institutions papers, therefore, no marks have been awarded. He submitted that the application of the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005 has been disposed of giving the said information.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to seek instruction from his client in this regard.
