It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as against the order under contempt, Writ Appeal was preferred and the order under contempt had been interfered with by the Division Bench of this Court, which remanded the matter to the authority concerned for passing fresh orders. In view of the same, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed.
