Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A and perused the record.
The instant application is being moved by the applicant namely, Vijay Shankar Shukla invoking the powers of Section 438 Cr.P.C. that he has every reason to believe that he may be arrested on the accusation of having committed a non-bailable offence in connection with Case Crime no. 899 of 2020, under Sections 406, 420, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Dhoomanganj, District- Prayagraj.
It is evident from the record that the applicant is not named in the FIR, hence the apprehension of his arrest is unfounded and imaginary one for which no protection can be given my means of anticipatory bail.
Under the circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is hereby REJECTED.
