JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.K.Raja Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to receive the tender document in respect of Tender Notice dated 17.07.2017 and consequently, permit the petitioner to participate in the tender as scheduled by the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Raja Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions submitted that the petitioner can very well participate in the tender process and submit their bid before the second respondent.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be closed recording the submission made by the learned Standing counsel for the respondents.
5. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
