Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for quashing of the First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No.118 of 2021 under Sections 409, 120-B I.P.C., police station Mohammadabad, District Ghazipur with a further prayer to stay his arrest during pendency of investigation of the said case.
It has been brought to our notice that the petitioner had applied for anticipatory bail (Crl. Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. No. 11879 of 2021) and this Court after examining the entire matter by its order dated 14.06.2021 held that the petitioner is not entitled to anticipatory bail.
Having regard to the finding recorded by this Court in the order dated 14.06.2021 and also independently on basis of material placed before us, we find no good ground to quash the F.I.R. The petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
