This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:
"issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 15.01.2020 in Case Crime no. 04 of 2020, under Sections 420, 384, 406 IPC, Police Station Gabhana, District Aligarh."
At the very outset, Sri Arunendra Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions apprised to the Court that the charge-sheet has already been submitted qua to the petitioner, as such, no interference is required.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous on the basis of the aforesaid instruction.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioner.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said persons (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
