The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) That by a suitable order or direction issued in the matter this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil-Fatehpur, Sadar, District Fatehpur, Zone Allahabad, to decide the Case No.1129 of 2018 (Old number ) 04635 of 2018 (New Number) Computerized Case No.
$201802250104635 (Vijay PratapSingh Vs. Ram Singh and others) under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 2006, pending before the aforesaid Court, expeditiously and preferably within a time bound period in accordance with law."
The grievance of the petitioner is that a mutation application filed in the year 2018 has not been disposed of till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1, Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil- Fatehpur, Sadar, District Fatehpur to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
