Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition, and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The application is supported by an affidavit of Sri Vijay Pratap Singh s/o Satya Prakash Singh who is the sole petitioner in the writ petition.
It is stated in the affidavit that the petitioner the petitioner is satisfied with the impugned order dated 06.12.2014 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Varanasi and, therefore, he does not want to pursue the matter further.
Under these circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
