After some argument in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioner intends to pursue his remedy before the authority himself.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
It is made clear that no liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh petition.
