JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Bachchoo Lal,J.
1. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing first information report dated 01.05.2015, Case Crime No.124 of 2015, under Section 394 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Kadipur, District Sultanpur.
2. None has appeared for the petitioners to prosecute the case.
3. Short counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the prosecuting agency in Court, which is taken on record.
4. In the affidavit it has been stated that incriminating evidence has been collected in the course of investigation. Charge-sheet has been prepared.
5. In view of the above, we find no ground to quash the impugned first information report.
6. Petition is dismissed.
