This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 12.8.2021 by which the petitioner's election petition has been dismissed on account of limitation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show any provision of law by which the delay could have been condoned in filing the election petition.
Under such circumstances, there is no merit in this writ petition and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
