By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the complaint case no. 1022 of 2017 (Vijay Patil Vs. Baliram @ Vinod Kumar), under section 138 NI Act, P.S. Kotwali City, District Bijnor, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Additional Judge, Bijnor to decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
