The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 30.12.2018 registered as Case Crime No.1096 of 2018, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Dankaur, District Gautam Budh Nagar.
The allegation in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence and it appears that persons from the informant's side have received injuries for which they have been medically examined.
In view of the above, the first information report cannot be quashed. The petition is dismissed.
