Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioners, ten in number, by the instant writ petition, seek the following relief:
"i. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider their claim for regularization in terms of the Uttar Pradesh (Uttar Pradesh Lok Sewa Ayog Ke Kshetra Ke Bahar) samooh 'Ga' Aur Samooh 'Gha' ke Padon Par Sarkari Vibhag Me Dainik Mazdoori ya Karya-Prasar Ya Sanvida Par Karya Kar Rahe Vyaktiyon Ke Vinivamitikaran Niyamawali, 2016)."
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the second respondent shall pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
In view thereof, on consent, the petition is disposed of directing the second respondent, Directorate of Integrated Child Development (Bal Vikas Sewa Evam Pushtahar Nideshalaya), U.P., Lucknow, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably, within two months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order along with the copy of the writ petition.
It is clarified that the Court has not considered the claim of the petitioner on merits.
