|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 21
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 10465 of 2018 Petitioner :- Vijay Pal Singh Tomar Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vinod Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Surendra Kumar Hon'ble Krishna Murari,J. Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
When we confronted with the observation with respect to the maintainability of the writ petition challenging the resolution of the Bar Association expelling the petitioner from the membership, learned counsel for the petitioner failed to satisfy the Court with regard to the maintainability of the writ petition.
In our opinion, such a writ petition challenging the expulsion of a member from registered society is not maintainable and thus the writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable leaving it open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, as may be available to him under the law against the impugned action of expulsion.
