Heard Mr. G.D. Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 8th August, 2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that number of the Complaint Case has wrongly been mentioned as "392" in the fourth line of the second paragraph of the order dated 8th August, 2018, whereas the correct number of the Complaint Case is "592". He, therefore, submits that the aforesaid mistake so occurring in the order dated 8th August, 2018 be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
The number of the Complaint Case mentioned as "392" in the fourth line of the second paragraph of the order dated 8th August, 2018 shall be read as "Complaint Case No. 592".
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 8th August, 2018.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands disposed of finally.
