ORDER The circular dated 16.7.2014 issued by the first respondent Annexure-C to the writ petition is challenged in this writ petition.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the parties fairly submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.44404/2014 and connected writ petitions disposed on 4th January 2017 and as such, this writ petition requires to be disposed of in terms of the said judgment.
3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the material on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment cited supra.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.44404/2014 and connected writ petitions disposed on 4th January 2017.
