Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State- respondent.
The only relief pressed in this petition is that the Case No.07647 of 2018, Computerised Case No.T201802030607647 (Vijay Laxmi Vs. Sanjay Kumar and others), under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before the respondent no.2, Judicail, Tehsil Sadar, Prayagraj, may be directed to be decided at an early date.
Learned Standing counsel has no objection to the aforesaid request.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
