JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri R.D. Shahi, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
By means of order dated 23.05.2018, this Court was pleased to grant three weeks' time to file counter affidavit, but till date, no counter affidavit has been filed.
Therefore, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel is granted two weeks' further time and no more to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a period of one week thereafter.
List this case in the week commencing 22.10.2018 within top ten cased.
