This petition has been filed by the petitioner Vijay Kumar with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned to recover the alleged kidnapped girl Km. Gunjanlata and to ensure the fair investigation of case crime No. 423 of 2014 under section 364 IPC, P.S. Ghazipur, District Lucknow.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present case on behalf of the Smt. Gunjanlata a Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 4387 of 2014 has been filed, the same has been disposed of by this court on 16.7.2014 by which it was directed that the alleged kidnapped girl shall be produced before the court concerned within 20 days from today. But in pursuance of the order dated 16.7.2014. the alleged kidnapped girl Gunjanlata has not been produced before the court concerned and accused respondents are absconding.
Considering the same, the I.O. of this case shall appear in person along with case diary tomorrow.
