1. Heard Sri Gauri Shanker Mishra, learned counsel for applicant, learned AGA for State and perused the material available on record.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused-applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 306 of 2015, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Hathrus Junction, District Hathrus.
3. Statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has categorically given details of various acts of applicant and others constituting offences under aforesaid sections.
4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find it a fit case where applicant should be enlarged on bail.
5. As the matter is pending since last more than four years and accused-applicant is in jail since 27.04.2015, in my view, trial Court should conclude trial expeditiously.
6. Subject to above observation, bail application of applicant is rejected.
