Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1 and 2; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 18.06.2019 registered as Case Crime No.107 of 2019, under Section 366 IPC, P.S. Kandharapur, District Azamgarh.
The allegations made in the impugned first information report disclose commission of cognizable offences.
The case of the petitioners is that the main accused Deepak Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.09.2019.
If that is so, the petitioners may apply for bail but no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
Subject to above, the petition is dismissed.
